This hotel is great value for money with its central location and nice decoration. The rooms are in a good location and offer great value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are the best in the world. The hotel also has balconies, which is a nice feature. The breakfast options are varied and include authentic Vietnamese food. Vegetarians will be pleased to find that there are more options available.

Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel's location was great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast provided was a nice bonus.

We experienced some issues. We had no hot water throughout our stay, and when we mentioned it to the receptionist, they informed us that they didn't have enough hot water for all the rooms.

During our recent trip to the bustling city, we had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel. The location was perfect, with a plethora of fantastic restaurants, cafes, and street food options within walking distance. The staff at Ben Thanh Boutique were great too ensure our stay was nice.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, exactly as pictured on the website. Although there were a few minor hiccups, such as a lost-in-translation moment and some outdated information about shopping areas, overall, our experience was good.
